DIY Teeth Whitening 2

Ok so in the previous blog I was explaining how you can start to do DIY teeth Whitening, and what are the causes of yellowing and stained teeth, now in this blog I will be showing you how you can start applying these methods. So what you are going to need is some, Bicarbonate of soda, a soft bristle Toothbrush and some average Toothpaste. This is a very simple remedy to follow every morning 5 minuets prior to brushing your teeth, you will get a cup half filled with water, and add one teaspoon of Bicarbonate of soda. You will stir the mixture up till the Bicarbonate of Soda is well dissolved, and then rinse your mouth with this mixture for about one minuet and then spit out and repeat one last time. You will need to wait about 5 minuets and then brush your teeth as you normally would with normal toothpaste. This method should be repeated once a day to help remove and prevent stains. This is only one of the DIY Teeth Whitening methods that there are.
