So is it possible to do DIY Teeth Whitening, of course it is there are so many DIY Teeth Whitening methods out there, that you and your family can start using as from to day. Allot of us like to be DIY people I know I am one of them that’s why I am righting this blog today, to teach you a couple of DIY Teeth Whitening methods that I know of and personally have tried. Before I go on to tell you what the DIY Teeth Whitening methods are, I would like to elaborate a little on the causes of yellowing teeth, and they are Smoking, Bad Brushing Habits, Diet, Brushing to Hard and Aging. These are the main causes of yellowing teeth, and unfortunately there is one that just can not be avoided and that is aging. As we tend to get older so do our teeth. The reason for this is because over the years the outer line of our teeth called the Enamel slowly starts to wear away, and this causes the underlining of the teeth called the dentin which is yellow and dull in color to become more visible. Unfortunately there is no way to stop aging, so this is a common natural cause that you just can’t prevent.
